DOT Compliance Check (ChatGPT app)

Is it free?

Yes. The check is free. Long Haul Compliance offers paid help fixing problems, but you're never required to use it.

Where does the data come from?

FMCSA's public carrier records. We don't add or change any data.

The app says something that's out of date. Why?

FMCSA's public data can take a few days to reflect new filings. If you just filed an MCS-150, insurance or BOC-3, check again in a few days. If it still looks wrong, email us.

Why does it say "Verify" for BOC-3, UCR and Clearinghouse?

Those aren't in FMCSA's public data feed, so the app reminds you to confirm them separately.

Do you store the carriers I look up?

No. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy).

Is this legal advice?

No. It's a summary of public records. See our Terms (/terms).

How do I remove the app?

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps, choose DOT Compliance Check and disconnect it.
