Chattanooga, TN trucking compliance

I-24, I-75, and I-59 meet here. TNTAP still owns your Tennessee IFTA and IRP.

Call (865) 269-9311

Chattanooga sits where three interstates braid together, which is great for freight and hard on anyone who treats credentials as optional. Tennessee-based carriers still file IFTA and IRP through TNTAP, the same Department of Revenue system every other TN account uses. The city on the cab doesn't change the portal.

We're about two hours up I-40 / I-75 in Seymour. No Chattanooga office. Phone and email to (865) 269-9311. Regional fleets here bounce between Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee miles in the same week, which is exactly when a thin distance log turns into an IRP headache at renewal.

On the I-24 run toward Nashville, the Coffee County scale complex at mile marker 115 near Manchester is the fixed THP stop you're most likely to see. Open lanes mean weight and paperwork. A cab card that doesn't match the truck, or a USDOT number that FMCSA shows as inactive, is a roadside problem we can prevent from the desk if you let us keep the calendar.

Chattanooga also has a lot of short-haul and border-hop work. Crossing into Georgia or Alabama for the day still counts as interstate for IFTA if you're licensed, and CDL drivers still belong in a Part 382 program even when the trailer never sees a second sunbelt state in a given week. We keep the pool, the quarterly return, and the MCS-150 update on one list so you're not juggling three vendors.

Seymour desk. Chattanooga carriers get the same filing help as Knoxville ones, without a satellite office to staff.
